I am a Peace Building and Conflict Management programs Consultant/Advisor/specialist from the grassroots, national and international level with 16 years of experience. I have a comprehensive knowledge of governmental and inter-governmental affairs. I provide high-level and professional technical advisory services on conflict resolution, peacebuilding and international peace and security, counseling and coaching local partners on matters of peacebuilding and conflicts resolutions. I help governments, international organizations, and NGOs to resolve armed conflicts and achieve peace.
I offer my expertise with special strategic interventions skills, that equips the recipients with skills in such areas as critical thinking, informed decision making and developing mutually responsible and supportive social ties; as well as develop the attitudes which would conscientise and empower them to appreciate and cope with social and cultural diversities, without conflicts.
I focus on peace building trust, promoting open communication, and establishing clear processes for conflict resolution, while also engaging diverse stakeholders and leveraging local knowledge for effective peacebuilding and conflict resolution and strong partnerships, collaboration and coordination among diverse actors, fostering trust, shared goals, and root causes of conflict and build sustainable peace.
