Through strategic advisory support, structured dialogue facilitation, and multi-stakeholder coordination, I helped bridge communication gaps between political actors, civil society, and affected communities.
My work focused on ensuring that mediation processes were inclusive, evidence-informed, and solution-oriented—particularly on constitutional, institutional, and governance reform priorities under Agenda 2. By providing consultancy services in conflict analysis, dialogue design, and implementation tracking, I supported the alignment of mediation outcomes with long-term reform frameworks.
